Kipling Parks and Recreation is hosting a Laughter Yoga Workshop on Thursday, March 8th at the Kipling High School. This 3-hour workshop begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Kipling School Library. Laughter yoga is a series of breathing and movement exercises designed to teach the body to laugh without depending on jokes or humor. We are pleased to welcome Jayne Clendening of Regina to instruct a workshop in Laughter Yoga. The cost to participants is $10.00, but the benefits are much greater! Laughter Yoga combines simple laughter/breathing exercises with gentle stretching and is a workout for your internal organs. Laughter Yoga is fun for any age and will bring out the spirit of laughter in us all. You’ll laugh like you’ve never laughed before and go home refreshed and invigorated! Don’t miss this unique opportunity in recreation – to register, call Susan at the Rec Office 736-8440.
