The silence, as they say, is deafening, but much has been going on behind the scenes at Kipling Film Productions Inc.

An office is being set up at 515 Main St. Hours of operation have not yet been announced.

A website, www.kipling filmproductions.com is being developed and is already online with limited information.

However, legalities dictate that no mention be made of any “i” word that relates to money until those have all been dotted and the “t’s” crossed.
