Gladys M. Egan (beloved mother of Gail de Winter) of Kipling passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008 at the age of 91 years.
She came to Kipling in 2000 and settled in nicely, as she could still drive her car. She loved painting, cooking and sewing. Gladys had a green thumb, she could make anything grow…especially flowers. Going for a drive in the car on a nice sunny day was a real treat for her. She didn’t like our cold winters though!
Gladys’ ashes will be taken to B.C. at a later date.
She is survived by her daughter Gail de Winter (Hank), grandchildren Denise Robertson (Dustan), Corry Moon (Mike) and Lorraine Miller (Lee), also a few nieces and nephews in B.C.
