Mary Beresh, Kipling, Sask., died on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the age of 80 years. The funeral service was held in the Bekevar Presbyterian Church, Kipling, Sask., on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ivy Veysey and Rev. Richard Barta officiating. Cremation with interment in the Bekevar Presbyterian Cemetery. The urn bearer was Ken Tarr.
Mary was predeceased by her first husband Steve Tarr in 1978; her second husband Andrew Beresh in 1994; her father Bert Levai in 1959; mother Barbara Levai in 1996; brother Charles Levai in 1977 and David Beresh and Gordon Greenaway. She is survived by her son Ken (Kelly) Tarr, Mile City, Montana; her daughter Linda Ross, Regina, Sask.; her grandchildren: Jeremy (Tammy) Tarr, Alicia Tarr, Stephanie Ross, Melissa (Shawn) Pearson and Kendra (Layne) Main; great grandchild Dominic; sister Grace (Joe) Szabo, Kipling, Sask.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Margaret Tarr, Kipling, Lil Tarr, Winnipeg, Man., Tony Tarr, Kipling and Calvin Tarr, Penticton, B.C.; the Beresh family: Bev Beresh, Medicine Hat, Alta., Brian and Pat Beresh, Edmonton, Alta., Gordon and Colleen Beresh, Saskatoon, Sask. and Gloria Greenaway, Winnipeg, Man. as well as their families and her nieces and nephews.
The arrangements were entrusted to Michael Rey of Tubman Cremation and Funeral Services.
